It's a quality ham maker's worst nightmare - seeing the ham we spent months curing, smoking and aging cut into ½” thick slabs. Not here. This is the "choice" portion of our hams already sliced into about 20 extra-thin, boneless slices.
Why all the hubbub about thickness? Thin slices enhance the extra-rich, hickory-smoked flavor of our Edwards Virginia Hams; thick slices can overpower the unique and delicate flavor. (Practically speaking, thin slices also make the country ham go a lot farther at the dinner or buffet table.) Easy, elegant, perfect for the busy hostess.

Serve at room temperature or warm gently in oven or microwave. Do not overheat; this will tend to dry out the ham.
