Here's a cooked version of the Edwards Virginia Country Ham that's become a legend. This lean beauty has been smoked over a smoldering hickory fire, and aged 4 to 6 months to produce a rich flavor and mahogany color you or your guests will never forget.
Our brown sugar glaze is from the same family recipe used for generations. It makes a crispy sweet coating that's part of our famous signature flavor.
This authentic Edwards Virginia Country Ham is fully cooked to perfection. It arrives ready to heat gently, slice and serve. It is ideal for family dining enjoyment or gifts to valued friends and associates.
This cooked, bone-in ham comes in an 11-13 lbs. average size, and serves 30-35 guests.
Storage & Preparation Tips
Preparation
May be served cold, or gently heated at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. For best results, slice paper thin.

Four servings per lb. for main entrees; 6 servings per lb. for appetizer; 49 1” biscuits per lb.; or 40 2 1/2” biscuits per lb.
Shelf Life
Store up to 10 days without refrigeration; 8 weeks when refrigerated; or 4 months frozen.
