This sliced country goodness starts with the leanest pork available, and is then slowly smoked over smoldering hickory logs. Next, we slice it medium-thick for optimum smoked flavor (and cooking time that doesn't try your patience and keep your family waiting). In the pan, you'll see the first sign of quality: no "shrinkage" here. It doesn't shrivel up to a fraction of its original size, like most store-bought bacon.

Storage & Preparation Tips
Fry
Fry over medium heat in skillet until slices are 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
Shelf Life
10 days without refrigeration; 4 weeks refrigerated; or 3 months frozen.
