Heat in skillet over low heat, or in oven or microwave to 155 degrees Fahrenheit. For sandwiches, use 2 oz. portion; for main entre, 4 oz. portion. Barbecue is moderately seasoned, so you may want to add your favorite sauce to enhance the flavor.
2 weeks refrigerated; 6 months frozen. You may thaw in refrigerator, then repackage for freezing or individual servings.
