North Carolina Style Pork Bar B-Q


With this classic pork barbecue on the table, you’ll have all the makings of a full-fledged pig-pickin’. To create this taste delight, we cook and hickory-smoke lean pork for 18 hours.

When it’s done just right, we ground the tender meat from the bone in large chunks (complete with delicious charred outer surface) and gently stir in our exclusive-recipe that we’ve used for 60 years! All you have to do is just heat and serve it up on a plate or bun.

This perishable product ships on Mondays or Tuesdays only to ensure food safety. If you order this product after 12:00 Noon (Eastern Time Zone) on Monday, all items in your order will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.


Storage & Preparation Tips


Heat in skillet over low heat, or in oven or microwave to 155 degrees Fahrenheit. For sandwiches, use 2 oz. portion; for main entre, 4 oz. portion. Barbecue is moderately seasoned, so you may want to add your favorite sauce to enhance the flavor.

Shelf Life
2 weeks refrigerated; 6 months frozen. You may thaw in refrigerator, then repackage for freezing or individual servings.
