Today's American households are different, with fewer people and smaller appetites. That's why we came up with this little gem of a boneless Edwards Virginia Country Ham (average weight 2-3 lbs.). It may be small in size, but it's all meat and big on hickory-smoked, country ham flavor – a convenient variation of our larger, cooked Edwards Virginia Country Ham.
This beauty has all the same bold flavor and rich mahogany color that have made Edwards Virginia Hams legendary. The size of this compact country ham is a bit misleading since it rewards you and your guests with a feast-size quantity of traditional paper thin slices!
Fully cooked, it arrives ready to heat gently and serve. Packaged in a traditional cloth bag for impressive gift-giving. Serves approximately 20 people.
Storage & Preparation Tips
Preparation
May be served cold, or gently heated at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. For best results, slice paper thin.

Four servings per lb. for main entrees; 6 servings per lb. for appetizer; 49 1” biscuits per lb.; or 40 2 1/2” biscuits per lb.
Shelf Life
Store up to 10 days without refrigeration; 8 weeks when refrigerated; or 4 months frozen.
