North Carolina Style Pork Bar B-Q
More than 18 hours in our pit smokehouse make this a country barbecue you won't want to miss.
With this classic pork barbecue on the table, you'll have all the makings of a full-fledged pig-pickin'. To create this taste delight, we cook and hickory-smoke lean pork for 18 hours.
When it's done just right, we pull the tender meat from the bone in large chunks (complete with delicious charred outer surface) and gently stir in our exclusive-recipe sauce made from vinegar, molasses, brown sugar, and other secret stuff. All you have to do is just heat and serve it up on a plate or bun.
Five pounds provides about 30 servings.

Storage & Preparation Tips
Preparation
Heat in skillet over low heat, or in oven or microwave to 155 degrees
Fahrenheit. For sandwiches, use 2 oz. portion; for main entrée, 4 oz.

Shelf Life
2 weeks refrigerated; 6 months frozen. You may thaw in refrigerator,
then repackage for freezing or individual servings.
